Needed extra pillows for pull out mattresses. East fox although kids did day pull out was a bit lumpy. Overall suited our needs.

Just the location is relatively better. Rest all was a flop show.
Negatives:
Room condition. Small things matters. First night I found a big bug flying all over the room.
Next morning, when I stepped into shower, the water pressure in the shower was too low that it took forever to take a bath.
When I requested for a room change, they agreed but later that evening clearly denied without even fixing the shower.

This was all in suite 431. When I sat on the end of the bed the whole bed came up off the frame several inches and when I got into bed, it came up like it was going to fold me up in the bed. The shower pressure was awful and the shower head needs to be replaced! There were stains on the wall and head board!

Booking.com (you guys) never sent my reservation over and when I got there after driving 10 hours they didn't have my reservation. So I had to just book a room through them. Then when I called you to explain what happened you told me that there was no cancelation allowed. Shame on you

Property was closed when we reached there. There was a notice in the door saying that beacuse of the rains 2 days ago they lost power and were shut down for 2 days. Why did they not inform the guests that were booked to stay there
