Very relaxing atmosphere and very nice and clean room, it surpassed all my expectations.

I did not like that that there was no available hand sanitizer in sight, despite the fact that the pandemic is over with; germs and diseases still exist.

I didnt like this hotel my room was dirty even though I was told it was clean. There was layers of dust all over the desk and nightstands in room luckily I brought my own Lysol wipes the carpet was dirty and looked like it hadnt been vacuumed.

This hotel is in the right location. Its secluded and yet in the middle of everything.
Negatives:
This was once a 4 star level hotel and deserved every bit of it. But something has changed and it isnt the same hotel as it once was. I cannot pin point what went wrong but its just not the same.

Everything meets my expectations at this hotel. This is my go to hotel when I visit McKinney. This visit I was coming from a International vacation and didn't mind the additional drive from DFW Airport to say at this hotel, even had my daughter get a room

Television only had a few channels - perhaps 12, mostly ones that no one would watch. The carpet looked like it needed to be replaced. Lobby was very noisy. Lots of children playing video games.
