Positives: The cleanliness of the room and nice buikding
Negatives: Staff does not seem to be motivated or trained. Very poor work at reception. They barely feel you welcome, no explanation of facilities/ breakfast/ wifi while check in. I guess they are used that guests just go online and check in the same way without minimal interaction. There is room for improvement at training personnel here.
