Manager was very friendly!! He was very accomadating with any questions we had prior to traveling.

Room we had held 5 people. 3 towels left in room. Had to get towels everyday from front desk!! Staff member in breakfast griped that no tips were left. We are last day big tippers!! Needless to say we left no tip!!!!

No microwaves in the rooms. Had to change rooms once because the windows were not properly sealed or insulated allowing interstate and road noises to come in as though it was open. This forced us to request a room change for the second night.

Good ole Booking upgrade put me on the top floor right next to the elevator. TV remote didn't work. Managed to get a new one after trying to call the desk and the phone didn't work. Went down and finally got another one and put on the football game. Then the remote never worked again. I had a two week stay. I left the next morning.

Location is good, central, but my room was noisy due to the freeway/traffic.
Negatives:
NO hot water for 2 nights of my 2 night stay - unable to shower despite requesting a maintenance to fix it on my second day. Discourteous and unfriendly staff at the front office. Need customer training.
