The staff was all very kind. Even with my issues and unfortunately because it was thanksgiving evening there was limited staff, so I had to go down to have my issues rectified. But I felt like the staff did their best to assist me.
Negatives:
The comforter was cheap, old, and/or poorly laundered so all of the insulation fibers were clumped into hard balls, making the comforter unusable. imagine how warm to thin sheets with hard balls in between them is. There literally was nothing worse than traveling across Texas in the cold climbing into bed and finding the comforter was not comforting. Also one more rug would be nice in winter.

We had our reservation confirmed under confirmation 3118382277. When we showed up to NYLO, we were turned away for overbooking. We were told our only option would be to pay an additional $300 for another room. THIS WAS OUR WEDDING NIGHT.
We were left stranded sitting outside of your hotel in the middle of the night ON OUR WEDDING NIGHT because the nylo staff could not accommodate us when we ALREADY HAD A RESERVATION. The front desk staff should have given us the available room at NO EXTRA CHARGE to make up for this. Because we had ubered there, we had no transportation and no ubers were able to pick us up for over two hours in the middle of the night.
