Bad
Positives:
The floor and linens were clean. Check-in was quick and the location was convenient.
Negatives:
My non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. The facilities were old and poorly kept. The door frame was falling apart, and the deadbolt was loose—a firm shove could have forced the door open. The check-in process was kind of weird—I had to sign on a digital pad, then he printed a receipt, drew two lines in pen, and had me sign on both of those lines; there was no text near the signatures and the clerk couldn't explain why it was required.

Nothing at all no hot water for two nights
Negatives:
My friend and I stayed there for two nights without hot water and the bathtub wasn't clean we had to clean it didn't meet my standards at all and one of the managers came to the room and check to see did we need towels and that when I told about not having hot water he told me that they were going to fix it never did fix the Hot water

Positives:
The shower was nice, for the most part. Check in was smooth, except it was hard to understand the front desk clerk.
Negatives:
No coffee available in room or front desk. Walks were stained and had holes in them. Shady looking people hanging around outside. Bed was 'well used'. Sagging in the middle of it
