Positives:
The room was super comfy, and the Ac was perfect! The pool and hot tub are a must do. Pictures don't do any justice. The outside was very clean. I am looking forward to bringing the family next time.

The elevator was broke at our time of the stay. It was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was great until I realized what I thought was yogurt in a pan. It was sour cream. Nothing was labeled

Beds were kind of small. Bathtub could use an upgrade. Weird smell every time we opened the door and walked into the room even the first day. Elevator didn’t work a few days we were there.

The location was great. I loved the outdoor courtyard and the pool. The staff was very friendly and professional. We actually left our iPad behind and they reached out to us letting us know they had it. Honesty goes a long way.
Negatives:
The elevator was out of service numerous times as well as we were all woken up by the fire alarm one night (which isn’t their fault.)

The staff was indifferent, the rooms were unclean and poorly maintained, and definitely not as pictured the breakfast look like it would’ve came out of a microwave. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the entire hotel had to be evacuated, and we did not hear any explanation from the staff nor offered any type of condolence

That my disabled mom and aunt had to walk up the stairs to get to our room on the 4th floor because the elevator had broken down and that we were put on the 4th floor being disabled. Ice machine didn't work in the room and when we went down stairs to get ice their ice machine was broke down too.. left a note to have the manager to call me when he got back to the hotel on Monday and never received a call from them
