Breakfast, Room was very clean, extra amenities in room, basketball court, patio, FREE LAUNDRY!
Negatives:
The pool area was VERY unkempt and the hot tub was cold, while the pool was warm. There were clumps of hair, slimy grime, broken tiles and grime in the pool. Felt like we were in dirty water. The patio area had slimy grime and cigarette butts on the ground. The basketball court was awesome, but the balls and fencing were all worn out or breaking apart. I just had a general overall feeling that the pool, patio, and basketball courts were not taken care of.

The location was close to my appointments. The kitchen was nice and had everything required - see photo.
Negatives:
I was first placed in room #317 - as soon as I walked in I could smell the musty smell and the humidity was unusually high. I should have requested a different room immediately. I did spent two nights in this room. As you can tell from the window picture - this entire hotel has a humidity problem. The bathroom fan did not work appropriately - no circulation. The refrigerator had an overpowering smell of garlic - I placed bottles of water in the fridge and had to throw them out at the garlic had penetrated the plastic. On the morning of the 3rd day I requested a different room - I was placed in room 214. This room was an upgraded room and I appreciated Allison's (front desk) willingness to make the situation right. The 1st day the new room was fine...the 2nd day the humidity started to build. You can see from the picture of the window - all the humidity that was built up. Two people in the elevator both commented the humidity in their rooms were high as well. One of them mentioned they had the air conditioning set at 65-degrees to stay somewhat cool. Another person mentioned they did not sleep at night as it was too humid in their room. The picture of the bathtub has a layer of filth. The breakfast was very mediocre - I was never so glad to check out of a hotel as I was with this one. Will never stay here again!

If you like sleeping in a sauna - this hotel would be great
Negatives:
There was a bug in our assigned room. However the hotel staff was nice and upgraded us to a better room at no cost. The whole experience was a bummer as it delayed the check in process.
Positives:
We loved the spacious rooms, the pool and the generous breakfast / evening appetizers.
Negatives:
Parts of the hotel smelled like previous smoke.
