Location is excellent, and the best thing about the hotel. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and bars, great walking paths, close to public transit, and convenient access to multiple highways. The bartender is friendly and makes a great martini :)
Negatives:
The hallways were not air conditioned, which is uncomfortable when it is 108 degrees outside. Multiple amenities did not work, like the water in the gym, ice machine on my floor, and the water in the lobby was gone, so I was forced to purchase a $6 bottle of water from the lobby.

This app have some serious problems. I didn’t even checked in, the staff says they never got my reservation. Called booking third times, waited in the lobby for 2 hours and they can’t do nothing about it. The costumer services couldnt check with the hotel and didn’t compensate me in anyway, not even a sorry! Finally I had to get a room myself. This is the last time I use booking.

I like the bed was wonderful. The room size was great restrooms was nice clean. The bar downstairs was good . I was able to go down and get a drink. I like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in case I had a question.

The property was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little firmer than I like. The location was great with a lot to do in the area.
Negatives:
The staff was scarce, you kind of had to seek them out. When you did interact with a staff member they were not rude but not very friendly either like they were just there to do the job. I paid for the breakfast but never got any because the ordering was confusing and it wasn’t what I would consider breakfast in my opinion.
