Negatives: I like it all

Negatives: Some staff could be more friendly

Negatives: The sheets were like sand paper. The body towels were small, the breakfast was really bad. The bacon was an odd color, the waffle had a strange flavor, the weird egg biscuit. The pull out bed mattress was super old and flat. The pole was readily felt. My son slept in the hard sofa instead. My daughters room had a large roach that had to be killed. I was disappointed..

Negatives: It wasn’t the property, as much as the rewards points. Since my reservation was through Booking, I was not able to receive reward points for my 22 night stay.

Negatives: Nicer towels, better pots and pans Oh ! You need new coffee pot

Negatives: Well, the 2 Mexican ladies that were cleaning our room were rude. They asked if these were your towels.? They are dirty, and you will be charged. I was shocked. I have been to many places and never was told that. I looked at the carpet, and there were stains on the worn-out carpet, and they were worried about towels. I reported them because they were rude. They told me the staff told me and considered that a warning. I was shocked. Then, a 2nd time, they took pics, and she said there 2 towels you will have to pay for. So I decided well I would get my own towels and not use their towels. 1 wash cloth was used and not too bad. The other towel was not used, and they said this is the 3rd time you need to leave. I was like, are you serious?.?. We went next door to the Sonesta, and they made us leave, and we were planning on going back to sonesta es they said we could not come back there because of a few towels. I said over towels. The 3rd time, I used my own towels and not theirs, so I knew they didn't like us or racist I don't know what else it could be. I am a nurse, and my friend worked with trees . He had long hair and tattoos. I don't know what else to think because we did not use their towels and said we did. You pay all this money and use your own towels, and they still say something. My friends were so shocked. That was so ridiculous. Maybe they were trying to throw their weight away. God knows the truth, and in time, they will see how it feels 1 day. I was glad to be gone. Never in my life was I so insulted. Very unprofessional manager assistant.

Negatives: I have nothing to report in this regard. I found the facility met all of our needs.

Negatives: House keeping came knocking at the door half an hour before check out time to informed of check out.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The coffee pot has to go !!!!!( in room) All the pots were worn out….. Get something other that teflon! No forks for breakfast Coffee either watered down or very weak Creamery at breakfast watered down Ugh! What can I say about the eggs, awful If you are going to use powered eggs at least add butter and salt…… And invest in better towels I think alittle improvement in the above items Would be an asset to your hotel.
