The staff when we arrived was rather indifferent. Didn't appear to be a people person at the front desk.

The breakfast was beyond what I expected. Variety of choices.
Negatives:
The room had a lingering odor. A stitch, if you will. So does the lobby and hallways. On the 2nd day of stay, room service came in and made up one of the beds without changing or straightening bottom sheets. Did not replace towels. Throughout our stay we had to go down for towels.

There was no electricity. Nobody at counter as they had no power; no light. Place was desolate.

Did not find any representative to check in. No power. Humid. Stinky.

Had issues with the shower. Had to change out the room tv remote 4 times. Room telephone didn't work. Short staffed. Had to do without wash towels for a day. We had to use medium towels to bathe with. The amount of money paid l deserve a refund or complimentary staff.
