Positives:
The ac was cold and worked well and there was plenty of electrical outlets. The location to our event was perfect. Staff was polite.
Negatives:
The lack of extras in the room for the price we paid, the room needed to be cleaned better. There were no lights above the beds, the bulbs were missing. The bathroom door squeaked. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. NO COFFEE!

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR OUR PURPOSE FOR BEING THEIR

When i checked in the Manager was hateful from the beginning and wanted to charge me xtra for the 2 people i had included in my stay. Luckly i had my reservation papers with me that showed how many people where in the room or we would been charged even more. Will not stay at this property again.

The Beds and Pillow are NOT comfortable at ALL
Negatives:
Room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The whole hotel had a bad odor too. Hard to sleep due to people slamming doors all night long. Also tons of barking dogs anytime you walked down the hallways. Bed was very hard and not very comfortable. Room was also kind of dirty with holes in the leather of the seating area. Controller for the TV had no back on it and all over was just very run down feeling

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was super clean.

The air conditioner kept on cutting off multiple times even after I tried to get off of auto but it wasn't a issue to call about.

Didn't stay long in the hotel because I was ca up with some old friends but I had a good night sleep
