Whilst the hotel was basically clean it was run down. The carpets were shabby. Rooms were not well lit. The closet door in our room fell off (the staff fixed it the next door after we reported it). We have stayed in many Hampton Inn's and this was was not as good as others we've stayed in.

Beds were not as comfortable as other Hampton Inn locations. Towels were too small! Coffee was not hot, very limited tea selection compared to previous Hampton Inn locations we stayed.
