The front desk staff was amazing and so kind! Our stay was good, and the beds were so comfortable.
Negatives:
The only complaint that I have was the breakfast. They stop serving breakfast at 9:30am. We got down there at 9:20am, and they do not mess around once 9:30am hits. After getting my toddler and grandmother their breakfast, I then started making myself a plate. As I was making my plate, they were putting away everything around me even though I was clearly not done. All I received was cereal and some juice. When I tried making small talk with the kitchen staff, she was so rude and seemed annoyed that I was in her way.

Mattress were very uncomfortable, no microwave in room
One of the rooms 422 the air was not working 2nd night. Maintenance was called but still never reached temp that was set on the lowest it got was 75 which was very hot still, only received a credit of $50
Had to carry all our bags downstairs since the only 2 carts were not available for a full house.
Was not as clean as I would like it to be.

I was charged for a stay when we were turned away at the counter with our 3 kids at midnight and said they were fully booked even though we booked through booking.com. I have tried for months to get a refund and never did. We came to rockwall for funeral. They tried to say they assigned us a room but we had to look for a hotel at midnight with our kids when we had a funeral the next day.
