The property was new so it was very clean and the room
Smelled very clean and new.
Negatives:
The beds are absolutely terrible. Very hard and the sofa bed is actually not a traditional sofa bed. It is a fold over couch that is basically a futon that is just about harder than sleeping on the floor. We had to use blankets and comforters as well as an egg crate topper and it still was harder than the hard beds. If you have kids and need the sofa bed I highly recommend staying away from towne place suites.

I loved the location and that it was perfect friendly. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was pretty good as well.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn’t like was on the listing it stated that there was a pull out bed, but according to the staff none of the rooms have that accommodation. The picture also makes it looks as if the room is separate from the living area and it’s not either.

Unfortunately, it just wasn’t the best stay
The woman at reception desk double billed my reservation and refused to honor my request made during reservation to provide a lower level room, The refrigerator still possessed the previous guests belonging in it, Although I wanted to be the best guess that I could be, and so I did my best to be understanding with the staff and the conditions that I was in at the time . But basically my trip was cut short due need of maintenance to complete my request from night before to repair malfunctioning blind that left me feeling very uncomfortable and vulnerable during the night portion of my visit.

The location was excellent. I was going to Greenville so its only 30 minute drive the hotel is only 30 minute drive from Dallas love Field. It is located in a pride area where everything that you need is in that area from shopping to tons of restaurant.
Negatives:
The breakfast couldve been better
