Negatives: The property is a run down old motel turned “hotel”. It is dirty and dingy. The doors don’t even close all the way and are not insulated. The bottom of my room door had a hole in it exposing the outside. The room had roaches!!! The room also was smoked stained. My luggage still had the stench of the smoke until I lysol’d it down.
