The room was disgustingly dirty. The sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty, the restroom was disgusting. It looked like the room had not been cleaned. And we became increasingly itchy while being in there. There was trash on the floor and under the bed.
And the room had an awful smell. I need to cancel without fees and the agent at the front desk said I could cancel without fees.But now her supervisor doesn’t not want to honor what her employer said. And do not want to refund me.

No blow dryer in room. You had to ask for one at the desk. They had trouble finding one. There is only one blow dryer for the whole building, i guess. It didn't operate when we got it. The room was dirty. Leaking bath tub and poor maintenance. Random shelf in the hallway with random items on it blocking most the walkway.
