Nothing, we didnt stay. They sold our room. I tried calling to ask about late check in. I mentioned that the room was under my husbands name and automatically became dismissive towards me. I said ok Ill see if my husband can call. Since my husband does not know English and was stuck at work. I asked since they couldnt give me information, what was the latest we could check in. They replied 1 am. So I figured he didnt need to call anymore since we were planning on arriving a little pasa 10 pm. We get there and they told him there was no room even though you had already charged us.

The location was good in relation to the purpose of our trip. The facilities were okay, and what I expected.
Negatives:
It's not that I disliked anything, but the breakfast was average, at best. There were two breakfast muffins available and various granola bars. The coffee was good.

It was an okay stay, a little better than the other Extended Stay hotels in which we have stayed.

Took over a hour to get in my room, due to computer and couldnt find baggage carriers, finally got in the room and a refrigerator was in the bathroom, staff said they couldnt get it out , gave ma another room, altogether around 2 hrs, place was covered in Sheetrock dust everywhere where in hallway and front desk due to construction, the breakfast consisted of a muffin and granola bars

The room handle broke off with us inside. Staff came quickly and moved us to another room but it had a awful smell. Spent one night in this room until our room door was fixed.
