Negatives: We weren't aware that the famous restaurant was under renovations so we were not able to eat there. A clump of hair was in the shower and several dead bugs around the room which makes me think it hadn't been used in a while.

Negatives: The person who was in the room above made loud stomping noises with their feet and loud banging noises for 7 hours straight. It seemed intentional. Not the fault of the hotel, though there seemed to have been very little insulation for it to have been that loud.

Negatives: Great room, good staff and nice surroundings. Very clean

Negatives: We have stayed here before and had a better experience. first time I do not remember there was no housekeeping, we were there for a cattle show so we were dirty every evening and had to shower, we had to go to the office every day to get clean towels and wash rags. our room did not have a minnie fridge, so again you have to go to the office for ice. Was told if I want a minnie fridge to request a building by the pool. our building was the farthest away from the office, the pathway was not lit at night, so you have a long walk in the dark on a winding trail through two buildings. our last night the AC went out in the building.

Negatives: I wish the restaurant was open!

Negatives: Few minor things. Pool a little murky but I can imagine it’s hard to keep perfect with the size of it. Just needs a little more attention I think. Need towels at the pool but I can understand that guests probably create a mess with towels everywhere after I saw how much trash people left behind after their swim. Check in was a little confusing but got through it fine. Would be nice to have the old restaurant back in action someday. None of these things were deal breakers for me.

Negatives: There were dead cockroaches all over the room. There was no daily fulfillment of coffee or bottled water. The coffee pot was in terrible shape. The toilet was dirty when I first arrived at my room. And my credit card was charged again when I checked in. Even though I had prepaid weeks in advance for the three night stay.

Negatives: Not a thing

Negatives: When we arrived at 3:20 pm there was no one in the office to check us in. So we had to wait for 30 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. We would have liked a refrigerator in the room. And a bar of soap for the bathroom sink would have been nice.

Negatives: The grounds really need to be updated. Lots of trip hazards. Parking areas are a maze not really marked. Pool was closed the entire time we were there. We were told no one to clean it. No daily room cleaning or towel replacement. No trash removal from rooms.
