Carpet needed to be replaced; it smelled of pet urine.
Volume & mute button and Guide button on TV remote did not work.

Only one washcloth provided.

The room was dirty, dusty it smelled like urine and I couldn't even sleep on the bed because it just grossed me out. I was not able to cancel it get a refund.
