Days Inn by Wyndham San Angelo

Negatives: Arrived for breakfast one hour before closing. Absolutely nothing left. Staff not helpful. Not even water available. No concern from staff at all.

Negatives: Its not the nicest hotel but the staff is always friendly, and the rooms are always clean. This is my second stay at this hotel and will book here every time I come back.

Negatives: Breakfast was disappointing. The waffle machine, milk and cereal was stocked, but the tray of Danishes/toasting breads and juice was empty. I asked the desk for a refill. They said no. Maid service had left our room unlocked and door slightly ajar.

Negatives: Cockroaches climbing on the walls. Sink vanity area, no electrical plugs worked. Feces in toilet and urine on the seat. Night side table not wiped down nor the larger tables. Luckily I always bring santizing wipes everywhere and can sanitize as needed.

Negatives: I requested a smoking room and reserved a smoking room and paid for a smoking room but was not given a smoking room and was told none were available.

Negatives: Pool closed and overgrown. Outside trash barrels overflowing and trash in parking lot. Breakfast was only waffles, a little fruit and nutrigrain bars.

Negatives: Didn't like that there were no extra blankets or pillows available. Also, I would have enjoyed a more enjoyable breakfast like some eggs or bacon/sausage.

Negatives: Cause me to have accidents while I sleep. I was charged $250 for having an accident while I slept and for the already loose shower knob breaking. Then I was without water in my room for almost 24 hours, with no way to give my service animal water.

Negatives: I don't know

Negatives: Unfortunately, I made the mistake of booking this room twice, one going to San Angelo and once returning home. Once again, the manager tried to convince me, and failed, that I had booked a SMOKING room, which I do NOT do! In addition, the draperies were detached from the curtain rod and could not be easily rectified. The manager said there were NO other rooms available and could not switch me again (she reluctantly gave me a "non-smoking" room, allegedly the last one). Her solution? A handful of cheap, safety pins! VERY poor customer service! Absolutely pathetic! Avoid at ALL costs!

Negatives: Manager tried to convince me that I had requested a "smoking" room, which I have NEVER done in all my years of making reservations for a trip. She reluctantly changed my room to a "non-smoking" one, even though I had clearly requested as such in the messaging post to them.
