The lady that checked us in was very kind.
Negatives:
Front lobby was incredibly busy. One lady, who was very slow, assisted all customers while two others found busy work (shuffling coins back and forth, etc) and did not help the lady who was really the only one working. Only one attendant for the entire restaurant/bar. Unable to get service and had to leave to get food. Rooms are tiny. Mostly clean, but in desperate need of updating and repair. Mattress was uncomfortable.
