The carpets and linens were stained. The walls were quite filthy.

Absence of elevators meant painful knees bringing luggage into and out of the second-story room. Door handle needed maintenance, difficult to unlatch door to enter room after key card activation.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. room was large enough for all practical needs.

Online photo showed a big breakfast display. There was no breakfast. The entry off the road was difficult to find and maneuver. The shower spigot did not work. We couldn't get the water to go from the tub to the shower head. Curtains were filthy.

Online it appears to be a nice hotel with complimentary breakfast, but they no longer provide that service. Need to update online!!!

The room had a stenchy smell!! Carpet is nasty!!! looks like the cleaning people don't clean the restroom floors! Will never stay at this location or any Rodeway locations!!!

The outside areas of this facility are very well maintained & the lawn is manicured with precision. Easy access to Loop 306. Most importantly, the entire staff here are super friendly & eager to assist their guests in any way!

My room had a few spots that weren't the cleanest & could've used a little more vacuuming around the edges of everything & in the corners of the room. It wasn't bad enough to switch rooms though.

This hotel is complete trash. People outside loitering, drinking, selling drugs, prostitutes all over, and the room smelled like a kennel. This hotel should be condemned!
