Positives:
Everything was wonderful up until the second day. We asked for a late check out cause we were working on getting another night and accidentally got booked at wrong place was working on getting it fixxed to continue our stay. Well it was 12:15 . Fifeenth mins passed twelve when the Manager lady rudely came by the room and told us we needed to get our stuff out the room. Or cops would be calld. I tried to explain we had two rooms and the other room the person was on dialysis if it be okay to leave their stuff in there since we were going to stay another night. She said that wasn't her problem to get my stuff out of the room.
Five mins later the cops are knock on the door. By that time my booking was completely set and went to the front and was rudely told she couldn't rent to us no more cause the owner didn't allow her to. So we had to cancel our reservation that were all ready paid so had to be charged for cancelling the reservation.. .
Negatives:
Having to cancel my reservations after they were paid for and being charged to do so. The way that the manager Speaks to us the guests. While on the phone with her her asking if we were f*ck*n stupid.,

The only that sucked is...
Positives:
The location was great and easy to get to the amenities in San Angelo.
Negatives:
The doors were questionable… they did not seem too secure, the room was dirty, there were roaches in the room and bathroom, dead ones in the fridge, the bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed in a while, the shower curtain was disgusting, and the microwave has probably never been cleaned.

Negatives:
Three things I have come to expect from Motel Six;
1) comfort, 2) decent price and 3) cleanliness. The motel met my expectations on the first two but failed on cleanliness. The floor was filthy and hadn’t been mopped in some time. The bottom on my feet were blank with grime. I suggest that you practice MBWA ( Management by wandering around.

Convenient for the overnight stay we needed while on a road trip. Ok facilities for the price. The night staff was great.
Negatives:
They must have a cockroach problem outside and we did find one in one of our rooms, which did affect our stay, cause you get a little paranoid.
