Negatives: Everything but the bed the AC didn't work the heater didn't work the light went out on bathroom n no toliet paper ND no hygiene ND it took for ever to b checked in I would love a refund cuz I should of paid

Negatives: There was barely any hot water

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The pictures of the hotel show bowls, plates etc. but upon arrival we found there were no such items in the room. Bit of a disappointment as we were using the kitchenette and expected those items there since they are included in the pictures; had to run to walmart to buy supplies I could have easily packed. Live and learn

Negatives: The rooms were very dirty, old towels, felt dirty and smelled like they were washed with water only

Negatives: The floors were filthy, picture of wash rag after walking on floor attached. Stench from cheap cleaning fluid after room was cleaned smelled terrible initially, was ok after an hour or so. Door lock appeared to have been tampered with, no toliet paper dispenser, broken door lock, pictures attached.

Negatives: Everything was decent.

Negatives: The toilet handle was broken

Negatives: I didnt like how the room was in the inside. We had a lot of water bugs coming from inside the walls, the sheets on the bed had black markings on it, the comforter had a hole on it, the tub was dirty and the drain stopper wasnt even in the tub, there was dead water bugs in the corners of the room.

Negatives: little details on the cleaning (bathroom) missing also toilet paper

Negatives: said it had a pool, reason why we booked there. pool was a dog park, filled in with dirt and gravel.

Negatives: The location was noisy and seedy looking with transients wandering around the property. The property Reeked of smoke, alcohol, and urine. I felt unsafe. Men were wandering around outside all night. The room smelt of alcohol, urine, smoke, and mold. The smoke detector was missing. The bathroom was dirty. The walls and ceiling were stained with dirt and very moldy. Water was oozing through the wall and tub area. There was urine on the floor next to the tub. The linens were worn out. We requested a handicap room but the only accommodation was being on the first floor. No grab bars or an accessible shower. The bathroom was too small to accommodate a wheelchair. We did not stay. I reported my concerns to the daytime manager.
