The woman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. She helped us as much as she could with her limited availability. We were able to get extra pillows and blankets quickly and there were drink machines on multiple floors. They also had a snack store at the front desk.

To start, when we arrived and checked in very late in the evening, we walked into a room that still had not been cleaned. The bed was a mess and there was trash overflowing in the bin. We noted when we would be arriving, so I'm not sure why this happened. Traveling with a toddler and a dog, we requested ground level at booking. The building was under construction throughout our weekend stay which was an issue for several reasons. There were no other rooms fitting our needs on the first floor as previously requested. Breakfast was moved to one of the event rooms and was less than basic, machines were broken and options were limited. There was only one small trash bin in the entire room and no dressers or drawers to put our clothes in, just cheap looking cubby style place holders. The side door entrance's card reader to get into the building didn't work.
