Negatives: The restaurant/bar closing at 10pm The lack of opportunities ( snacks and drinks) and prices in the hotel store

Negatives: All though we didn't use housekeeping for service we did interact with them in the hallway. They were not polite, they didn't greet you with a smile even after we did and said good morning. We've worked in the hospitality business we know that being polite and getting everyone with a smile is key to making sure a guest feels welcomed and safe. The other was being woken up by a fire alarm and evacuating the bldg that's ok but not being told everything was ok or even having a staff member give us the ok to go back in. We took our cue from the 4 firemen that left after walking in and then out after 2 minutes

Negatives: The remodeling inside. The smell of fumes. The workers making noise at 7 am banging

Negatives: My Photos speaks for themselves unsatisfied through out the stay

Negatives: No A/C in hallways and in elevators.

Negatives: The extra add on charges.. being charged extra things for no reason.. also its not breakfast included,, you have to pay 20$ per person

Negatives: They messaged a day ahead (within the time that reservation is not cancellable) to say there would be a $30 "deposit" that they would refund later and that if we wanted parking we would need to pay $25. When I asked about the fees, they said parking would be $29. When I tried to ask about the increase, they never responded again. We got to the hotel later in the evening and left at 7am. All we did was sleep and shower. We used no items in the room, and considering the parking fee, we found another location to park the car before arriving at the hotel. When we told them we had no vehicle they said "that makes things easier". They told us the deposit for incidentals or whatever it's for was $50 not $30 and made us give a card for this. They promised the money would not be charged. At 12:19 in the morning they sent a text asking how the room was. At 2am they charged our card for parking. In the morning, they couldn't check us out because they kept confusing us with a person with a similar name on their reservation list so I guess they don't have a good system for that. My friend called the phone number they gave to dispute the parking charge (they don't let you reply to their email) and they said it would be reverse. Today, my friends card has a full $50 deposit charge placed on the account plus the full $29 parking. Absolutely wild how they can't keep track of any bookkeeping and none of their numbers match up.
