If anything the price would be the best part. The location too as it was near downtown.
Negatives:
The hotel is obviously old, and you can hear everything from the upstairs neighbors to people talking outside. The AC also didn't have the option to stay fully on during the night so it was pretty stuffy. You can also tell how it wasn't properly cleaned, my daughters both had dirty feet we had to wipe down before going out while we were getting ready to explore the town. We saw crumbs and hair that wasn't ours on bedsheets. Dust and dirt noted on the fridge, table top, night stand. It just made us feel so uncomfortable
