Hotel room -bathroom needed fixing. Tub floor cracking and scale. Bathroom door would not open all the way through. Might consider staying somewhere else next visit to SA.

Positives:
The room was big and nice. The neighborhood was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located super close to everything (about 6 to 10 min from the downtown and main attractions). Easy to hop on the expressway. Staff fast to respond to your requests. Couldn't beat the price.
Negatives:
The facility needs a little improvement. The breakfast is very basic. And there were no pool, not like the picture showed us which was disappointed to us. Could be hard to reach someone after hours. Just a basic room and service.
