Location was great - just close the SAT Airport. Although we drove from Houston. Hotel has decent parking space however I reckon it would be a great idea if they can plant trees in their parking lot - not only would it provide shade but also add to view plus a true pledge to environment (if they really care). Breakfast was excellent - my kids loved the options available.
Negatives:
Room Carpet needs shampoo and so does the sofas. One of the Sofa bed was broken and needs to be fixed if they are renting the room out to family of five!

Casper who worked the desk area was extremely rude, out of anger he gave me a closet room. I rented a king bed room for the night and he gave me the smallest room in the building. No living room area space, tv was close to touching my feet. The restroom was bigger than my sleeping area literally the king bed was touching the wall from head to toe. I was isolated from the hotel view and from people. Paid 200$ a night to mistreated. Next morning got woken up by room service and was asked what time was I checking out at 8:45am when check out was at 12.

ALL VERY GOOD, I RATHER HAVE A MORE FIRM BED BUT WAS OK. ALL OTHER ITEMS WITHIN THE ROOM ARE EXCELLENT.
