Was greater by front desk person named Edward who spoke very condescending and rude when I was trying to explain how I booked my hotel and what site. Stated he had no idea what I was talking about and just said I need your card to pay for it. Never tried to look into or investigate what I was explaining. Made me feel as though I was below him. I would recommend he not be customer service with his attitude.

The fact that the property did not inform of heavy construction going on . It was extremely loud. We got to the room and found that half of the room did not have electricity. My husband and I both use a C-pap and have to have full electricity. They sent a technician to the room and he proceeded to put in an extension cord. That is unacceptable. We chose to leave the property and went to a competitor near this location. We were still charged $187 for the night even though we didn’t stay . We were to be there from 9/26-9/30. We were not charged for the other nights .

Location was great - just close the SAT Airport. Although we drove from Houston. Hotel has decent parking space however I reckon it would be a great idea if they can plant trees in their parking lot - not only would it provide shade but also add to view plus a true pledge to environment (if they really care). Breakfast was excellent - my kids loved the options available.
Negatives:
Room Carpet needs shampoo and so does the sofas. One of the Sofa bed was broken and needs to be fixed if they are renting the room out to family of five!
