Negatives: Casper who worked the desk area was extremely rude, out of anger he gave me a closet room. I rented a king bed room for the night and he gave me the smallest room in the building. No living room area space, tv was close to touching my feet. The restroom was bigger than my sleeping area literally the king bed was touching the wall from head to toe. I was isolated from the hotel view and from people. Paid 200$ a night to mistreated. Next morning got woken up by room service and was asked what time was I checking out at 8:45am when check out was at 12.
