After Thursday, Jul 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The location was perfect. The way they accommodated us when the first room was not adequate.

Negatives: The first room did not smell clean, the toilet got plugged even after trying to plunge it, but it did not work. And we found two cockroaches so they moved us. The second room was much better, and smelled much cleaner.
