If you cancel your reservation after Jul 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: We liked the price, until we got there and they slapped us with a $25 per night pet fee.

Negatives: Not clean enough....cook top had stuff stuck to it...bathroom backsplash had gunk on it. Kitchen area, backsplash coming away from wall behind the sink. Stairwell handrail loose, safety hazard. Smoke detector was missing. Knob on clothes chest was bent. ROACHES....yuck.
