The overall environment of the room. From visible black mold in the toilet and behind it. (Not noticed until the next morning) the cigarette burn marks and rust stains in the bath tub. The half-ass repairs in the room. The bed that felt like laying on a pile of wood. The smell of mildew on the entire property.

Wonderful place to rest. Had a small kitchen to keep our items and medications, which was important. Evening representative when checking in was very friendly and courteous.
Met Windu who was checking the rooms for who was leaving, very friendly, courteous and humble.
Will definitely return. Thank you.

Everything was great, only one small thing, the tub had faucet fixture that is slightly outdated and showed was not releasing enough water. Brought this up to the housekeeping supervisor, who is awesome.
