Negatives:
There was dead roach in the kitchen cabinets. The places smelled like stale cigarettes. There were people hanging out in dark corners of the property every night. The front door to the facility didn’t close properly. The area didn’t feel safe at night as it was very very dark. The facility didn’t spend any money on upkeep of the place (broken/missing glass from the fire pull system). The water wasn’t hot on our first day. And the free breakfast was literally granola bars. We needed to extend our stay and booked with Marriott.

Positives:
The staff was nice and professional. There was freezer in the kitchen.
Negatives:
The room was very dusty and the floor was dirty. The bath tub had lots of long black all over it. We had to ask for a hairdryer and a coffee maker which should be in the room like every other hotel. The entire hotel needs updating. It's not up to the standard a typical traveler expects. We won't be staying at an Extended Stay Hotel in the future.

The room had an odd smell. It hadn't been vacuumed before or while we were there, and I don't think the bedding had been changed as there were crumbs in the bed.

Could hear a little bit of the traffic noise. The pool area had to be accessible through the outside instead of the through a hotel door.

I was not clean, only 1 light worked in the room, when I told the front desk the response was well we will look at it tomorrow. There is also a live music venue next door so loud music way past 10pm. We will never stay there again.
