Very old and in need of maintenance. No water in the pool. Lights flickering. Elevator down. Carpet stained badly and many damaged areas. Tiles falling off in bathroom. No security camera in parking lot. 5 vehicles were broken into and police report filed.

Horrible ! Had to leave earlier than what we had planned because they have no cameras or security at all my car was broken into they smashed my window and left the inside a mess , the hotel took no responsibility or accountability for what happend and I could tell this is something that happens often because they have a yellow paper already at the front desk where you can make a report to the police and they still don’t bother to put a security guard or something so the clients feel safe and at peace when we are resting I also googled them and most of the reworked they have say their car was damaged and people stole things from their cars , also we were there for 2 days and they never gave us room service we had our trash cans full they never gave us new towels when we got there their shampoo and body wash was almost empty it was not refilled their pool was not opened and that was not said on this page that their pool was not working and part of the reason we got this hotel was because of the pool and it was not even opened overall this hotel was a disappointment do not book this hotel because your car is at risk of being broken into and I was not the only one that this happens to several guest had their car damaged and we were furious !!!!!! This is a Hilton hotel I expected better than this 0 stars .

No security very bad location burglary happens often in that location and they still don’t manage to invest on security or at least a damn security camera! Also I never received housekeeping at all at my stay their shampoo and body wash was never refilled for us before we got there they didn’t bother to refill those before our stay they were almost completely gone we had our trash can full for 3 days and they never took out the trash really don’t recommend this hotel think about it long and hard your car will be damaged from people who want to steal things and break your windows and the hotel will take no responsibility or accountability
