Very slow check in due to slow computers, never offered a map that I noticed on back table upon check out and had to ask for one. Sluggish overall website when I tried to quickly book online because I chose this one and it kept bouncing me to others so I ended up booking with Booking.com. Then phone calls to the hotel had me on hold for long times. It took multiple calls to reach a live person. It is is busy season but there was a minimal front desk staff. I was caught between the hotel saying I had to deal with Booking.com and them telling me I had to contact hotel staff to reduce reservation from 3 to 2 adults. I said that upon check-in and no price reduction for less adults. Very disappointing. I thought Hilton was better than that. I would not stay there again.
