We prefer to stay in central San Antonio as it is close to the Riverwalk and restaurants. This is a great location as it is close to many downtown attractions.

The location was perfect. Close to every thing.The valet associates were awesome.The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

The sofa was stained heavily. The windows were so dirty hardly could see out of them Repairs with caulk were not done well, thick blobs in shower and along floorboards. The elevator smelled of burnt rubber and made horrible noises and was dirty.

Booked room 3 weeks in advanced got to hotel was told that they were fully booked and we had no room, was booked at different hotel but was given only king size bed and sofa bed did not accommodate us because we have a 1 year old there were 4 adults a 1 baby in that room.
Negatives:
Could have been told in advanced that our hotel stay was booked full and had to change hotel but I will say they did take care of the hotel bill which I am beyond grateful for that but the communication was not there other than that it was good
