Negatives: I called the property to confirm my reservation and was told everything was in place. Got to the property valet parked rolled all the luggage in, just to be told they were sold out and they made accommodations at a sister property for me.

Negatives: Nothing comes to mind

Negatives: My non smoking room smelled like smoke & being pregnant I asked for another room but couldn’t get moved. Light in kitchenette wouldn’t work. Light in bathroom flickered the whole time.

Negatives: Front desk young man was not nice checking us in. A little rude about where we parked our car in front of the hotel. He told us Police would remove us and that the police would not care that we were hotel guest. There were several guest trying to check in at this time. However, I had to advise him that I had to come inside before checking the car to get the Valet employee off of break. Also there was a construction vehicle, no driver, parked crooked and in the middle of the Valet parking lane causing the back up. I was not allowed to move my car until I had checked in, however the young (white male, with pulled back pony tail) advised me that he would not check me in until the car was moved. We could not move the car because there was no where to park it other than at the end of the Valet lane. I advised him that we could cancel our reservations and find somewhere else that would accommodate us. The Valet that checked us in said we could go across the street to park for $10.00 instead. When our hotel stay was over, I went to the Valet app to ask for our vehicle. 20 minutes later, we have checked out and are still standing waiting at the door for our car. We finally asked the guy at the Valet station what the hold up was, showed him our ticket and he said oh, let me check to see how to do this, I am new. Good Lord people get it together.

Negatives: Pull out bed was dirty

Negatives: The view on the fourth floor. I would have preferred a room on a slightly higher level

Negatives: I had made a reservation for 3 adults and a 2 year old. We got to the hotel exhausted from a 5 hour drive to be told they were overbooked and that they had changed our reservation to a different hotel, towneplace suits. They had handed us a paper that supposedly had the reservation with the new hotel on there. We got there and they were extremely rude to us and also told us they didn’t have a room available for us either. It was midnight and I was looking everywhere for a new hotel to stay at because my 2 year old was extremely tired and cranky. We will definitely never book here or the towneplace suites ever again!
