Not much! I was disappointed with the hotel and the treatment we received. It turned our family weekend into a very stressful weekend! We had two days to spend in San Antonio and spent much of our time worrying about our Hotel room!!!

We booked & paid for a two-night stay in a two-queen-bed room through Booking.com.However, when we arrived late Friday night, we were told they didn't have a room for us. We were exhausted after driving for 4 hours and only wanted to relax in our room. They eventually found us a room, but not what we paid for as we have two children and need two queen beds. They gave us a room with one bed & a couch, and we were told they would switch us out the next day. We had tickets to SeaWorld for the day and couldn't wait all day for the new room. We were told not to worry; they would put our luggage in the new room while we were at SeaWorld with our kids. There was no room when we returned from SeaWorld, and our luggage was in the lobby. We were told again that they didn't have a room available. After some complaining, we finally got our room with two queen beds, which made for a very stressful weekend getaway with the family. And I feel they could have done much more for us due to all the confusion. It was supposed to be a nice family getaway; instead, it was a stressful mess.

Didn’t get two keys for the room though we were three family members stayed in that room. Not even a bottle of water was offered at checkin. No specials for Hilton Honors members!

The site doesn't say they charge $40.00 as day for parking. When you try to cancel for that reason, they enforce the late cancelation fee. The nightly rate fair but when you add the parking fees, it makes it not as good of a value. The staff is rude, they charged me $50.00 per night for parking I called to get a refund for the $10.00 per day over charge, but they argued then said it will be fixed. They Never Fixed it!!!! Very Dishonest

Good location, nice room the beds were comfortable the a/c worked great, and the shower head pressure was perfect.The complimentary buffet style breakfast was really good with options to choose. The pool was nice but kinda small and filled up quickly. Overall enjoyed our stay would come back again.
Negatives:
Only have valet parking which was a bit high, luckily we found a parking garage near by for $10 for 24hrs so about $20 for the weekend.
