Staff was exceptional. We were very dissappointed that breakfast was not served the following morning as it was one of our highest deciding factors for our stay with 5 kids in tow. Also, the entrance is very crammed. I hit the yellow pole stump attempting to park a rented Sprinter Van. That incident cost me an additional $1,000.
Negatives:
My elderly cousin complained about her bathroom being completely uncleaned. They gave her a drink coupon. She doesn't drink and still did not clean the room.

There was no parking available at the hotel, and the lot across the street was was full. The staff was not friendly or helpful at all. we just canceled our room and went elsewhere. I do not recommend this hotel. Sounded like it was going to be amazing but Absolutely no parking available. This was on a Monday too.
