The beds were absolutely horrible. Way too soft and worn out! Room wasn’t very clean. Staff wasn’t very helpful and if there was WiFi we weren’t given any info on that.

Unkept. Room was not cleaned or barely cleaned. Hair was left on my clean towels. Shower was dirty. Room smelled weird. Beds are alright but not that comfortable. Pillows are small and thin. Elevators were out of order so I had to carry my suitcase up 3 floors of stairs. Not structured like a hotel-more like a motel since rooms are accessible directly from outside. Front desk people not very friendly and seemingly uninterested in providing customer service to guests. Very slow moving and monotone when speaking. Have to ring bell continuously to get someone to appear at desk.

Was motel styled (never seen that at a LaQuinta before), no one answered any of my emails or phone calls, the pillows were rocks, people were doing crack by the pool, our door didn’t lock properly and no one was there when we were trying to check in.
