Negatives: The Barn Door for the bathroom...it was too small for the door opening. An inch gap the wall and the door. NO PRIVACY!!! Put the door back on for Pete's sake...If I want to air out my bathroom visit I can leave the door open.

Negatives: I prepaid for an item from the convenience store in the lobby and when I came later to pick it up the staff member was argumentative and didn't believe I had prepaid. Awful customer service.
