Positives: Staff were amazing! So helpful! Stayed for 3 nights. Clean, hygienic, comfortable rooms. Housekeeping absolutely first class, very good! Nice pool, delicious breakfast and great location, just a short walk to all main attractions. Pool nice and guest laundry. HEB supermarket across the road, selling the most delicious fresh foods! Free parking. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Positives: EVERYTHING WAS OK EXCEPT THE WALKING DISTANCE TO THE ALAMO MY HUSBAND AND I DID NOT LIKE. HOUSE KEEPING DID GOOD JOB ON THE CLEANING BUT THEY WERE NEVER ABLE TO LEAVE US TOILET PAPER SO WE HAD TO GO BUY SOME . WE DIDN'T LIKE THAT. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THERE WAS ONE YOUNG MAN IN THE FRONT DESK THAT WAS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL HE HAD A CURLY PONY TAIL .
