Positives: Nothing. I will NEVER stay at any La Quinta EVER! it used to be quality. All down the drain now.

Negatives: The Room was extremely filthy! Was not swept nor mopped. Sheets had blood stains, the cover was extremely thin not comfy whatsoever, the fridge console had probably never ever been cleaned it was layered of dirt and debris, bugs in almost every corner, bathroom shower tiles full of residue, no blinds on the window but a piece of some sort of paper shade just taped to the window,homeless camping outside a few feet from the hotel, breakfast was not stocked and ready people standing in line waiting for someone to attend to it,and to make matters worst I saw a big Rat run out the lobby doors.Extremely disgusting!!
