Negatives: Let me correct you, first of all That is not hotel is a motel, and is ready to be demolish. Not safe at all. There were suspicious people roaming around. One of mattress had a massive stain of blood. We ended up not using that bed, of course. Luckily the room had two beds. The area is not safe either.

Negatives: Wanted to cancel because of the disgusting smell out in the property but wouldn’t return my charge. The staff said it would be fine to cancel and get refunded if we didn’t stay and my card was only temporarily charged and would be refunded but my card has been charged now and they didn’t even respond to my request.
