The TV wouldn't work and the maintenance guy tried over several times to reboot it. He didn't stop until the TV worked!!! Thank you!!!

The beds weee comfortable and the breakfast was good
Negatives:
The rooms were dated and somewhat dirty. The shower pressure was not good at all and the bathroom door was a double door with no lock and one door would not close all the way.
We had to have maintenance come up to unclog the tub because it was draining very slowly and to fix the bathroom door so it would close all the way.
He unclogged the tub and said he'd be back to fix the bathroom door but he never came back. We had asked maintenance to come while we were gone for a few hours during the day but when we got back they had not been there and we had to wait for them to show up

Right across from the convention center and the river walk. Easy access to the highway
Negatives:
The bathrooms never seem clean good enough, parking was full after having to pay for parking. We had to wait until some pull out. Just not enough parking for the amount of rooms they have. We also saw vehicles taking more than one spot and we spoke to them about it, you just have to wait for a spot.

They will charge you a $250 “smoking fee” claiming they have a 3rd party detector that detects smoke in your room. I had two small children with me during my stay and I’m pregnant so obviously I wasn’t smoking.
