Negatives: The icebox that we did not use started leaking and wetting the entire floor. The TV was not getting enough channels that we used to get the night before. They said they have changed their TV plans. Every single time we tried to open the door, the key did not work. Had to go to the office to reboot the key. We expect to get reimbursed for two nights because of so much discomfort.
