1. I asked for the SPA services at the spa reception, but hey told me they don’t know the prices and it’s on the website. On the website there’s no prices. I called to butler service and asked for prices, he told me I don’t know prices but I can transfer you to the spa receptionist. So stupid.
2. Simple request. I asked for the late check out, they told me they “fully booked”. It was easy to check booking.com right at the moment they had a LOT of available rooms. Because it’s was Sunday, nobody stay on Sundays to Monday. Everybody know that. I asked to transfer me to manager, he told me they fully booked, and he gave 1 hour more only after I told him about wrong order at the dinner (they brought regular water instead of sparkling and IT WAS OPEN and filled… and don’t know how to describe it, it’s so stupid, It was filled by regular water from the filter!). And only after that stuff tried to be helpfull. Guys, it’s not work like that.
Completely dissatisfied. Never want to have a deal with that property and chain.

This gem on the Riverwalk is a true treasure. The building was originally a saddle shop, and the lobby tastefully provides a tribute to its history. And now it’s a wonderful boutique hotel in a vibrant city! The rooms are exquisite getaways, each with a spacious bathroom that includes a shower and a tub with jets. I really appreciate the fruit delivery in the evenings and the spa. The hotel is located on a quiet street but right above the Riverwalk and close to everything.
Negatives:
The 4 pm check-in time and 11 am check-out time can make a short stay seem even shorter.
